Abstract

In this work the adaptive hierarchical transforms of a signal used or suitable for using in lossy compression algorithms of images are presented. The main idea of this transforms consists of image sampling on separate parts and its representing in the form of three-dimensional structure. New schemes of an adaptive compression are presented.
