Abstract

A new inertial device for angular speed measuring based on measuring of centrifugal force influence on sensor in optical-mechanical construction was suggested. Excited light beam displacement is registered by sensitive photo detector position. Output signal value is proportional to angle change between mirrors and is formed by angular rotor speed. Algorithm of data processing from photo detector output is described, and test results for laboratory model are given. This device has a simple structure, is efficient and will find practical application for technological processes, machine building and robotics.
