We obtained new analytic forms for transversal spatial distribution of time spectrum of terahertz waves
consisting of only one full cycle of electromagnetic field on the emitter in Fresnel and Fraunhofer diffraction
zones and for time-spatial distribution of their field in the Fraunhofer diffraction zone. It is shown that terahertz
wave with Gaussian transversal distribution undergoes changes not only in spatial but in time emission structure in the far-field: the wave turns from one-period to one-and-a-half-period near the axe and its spectrum shifts to higher frequencies. The estimates of diffraction zones distances are given.
