Abstract

This issue examines development stages of open government data publication system for St. Petersburg budget departmental expenditures. The reasons for ontology creation are given from the point of view unified terminological dictionary formation for users and for integration of information resources and systems. The common ontology structure and the process of ontology developing for this system are described. Suggested design method makes it possible to modify and update developed ontology with the change in input data or regulatory papers.
