Abstract

This article presents the structural scheme of precision assemblies manufacturing providing stability of
geometric shapes and dimensions and considering three interrelated step-by-step levels: material, detail,
assembly. Main courses of dimensional instability have been revealed, probable criteria of dimensional stability estimation have been defined and methods for increasing and saving accuracy of devices have been suggested for every level.
