FORMATION OF HYPERSPECTRAL DATA ON MICROSCOPIC OBJECTS WITH HIGH DEGREE OF SPATIAL NON-UNIFORMITY OF OPTICAL DENSITY DISTRIBUTION

A method of hyperspectral data formation on micro objects is suggested. The method is based on an observed sample illuminating in microscope sequentially at different wavelengths and on accumulation time tuning of photo electric charge of matrix photo detector for each image area under wavelength change. This makes it possible to obtain undistorted information at the areas with weak reflection as well as strong reflection and provides formation of resulting image with enhanced contrast.
