Abstract

For decision-making information support and coordination degree enhancement of the regional security subjects a prototype of network-centric multi-agent information and analytical environment "Secure Virtual Region" with unified access point based on web-technologies for management support of regional security has been developed. Distributed information environment software core and components form hierarchical multilayer virtual space of the region which is represented as an integration framework of problem-oriented situational coalition-based multi-agent systems used for risk-sustainable regional development management support.
