The basic research results of competitiveness estimation problems of trade enterprises in the conditions of
service-oriented economy are given. Special attention is paid to such components of competitiveness as
personnel, finance, service, quality and price. A system of activities for realization and increasing of trade
enterprises competitiveness has been worked out.
