Abstract

 

Processes of polymer microstructure formation in nanocomposite materials are investigated. Relation of
dimensional parameters with exposure characteristics, characteristics of amplitude mask, layer thickness and
inhibiting by oxygen, self focusing and diffusion effects is established.
