Abstract

Issues of knownintrusion detection systems operation are stated. Architecture description of the developed intrusion detection system is given. The descriptions of used dynamic Bayesian network, learning algorithms and test domain network are cited. Errors of the first and second kind are defined during the operation of intrusion detection system. Comparative test results are given after the application of developed system and Snort system
