Abstract

The paper addresses the need for new measurement procedure of mass concentration of toxic metals in water samples. Due to these reasons new universal analytic complex based on atomic-emission spectrometer with inductively coupled plasma and hydride generator was developed. Spectrometer operating modes with hydride generator and without it were estimated. Universal analytic complex work was investigated in dependence with inert carrier-gas feeding velocity. It was established that researching should be continued for determining reagent dosing for sensitiveness decreasing and working range increasing. It will allow detecting polluting substances at low range of content in view of natural background radiation dose with a higher sensitiveness and accuracy.
