Abstract

Intensities of small-angle X-ray scattering on oriented homogeneous cylinders have been obtained and collimation distortions were put into them. Initial scattering intensities have been reconstructed based on previously developed collimation converting methods and these intensities were compared with unaltered ones. It has been shown that relative error found in this case is a few percent that indicates the high quality of the collimation conversion. It has also been shown that introduction of statistical noise of 1% and 4% into distorted scattering intensity - which corresponds to real conditions of X-ray experiment - only slightly worsens coincidence between the original and reconstructed scattering intensities.
