The article deals with the lateral pickups inaccuracy dependence from observation conditions: color filters type, illumination, optical system aberrations, congruence direction. Some conclusions were made on the basis of the carried researches and recommendations for inaccuracy decrease were given.

Arrangement of light powerful device for analog form registration of chemiluminescent spectrums with high level of sensitivity and response time is described in the article. Chemiluminescent spectrums for oxidation of oxy benzene acid, hydrazide of undecylenic acid and amino ftal acid are obtained in heterogeneous conditions.

FLUORESCENCE LIFETIME OF CdSe/ZnS QUANTUM DOTS AND THEIR COMPLEXES WITH ORGANIC MOLECULES IN THIN POLYMER FILMS Baranov Alexander Vasilievich, Orlova Anna O , Ushakova Elena Vladimirovna
The influence of laser light on fluorescence intensity and lifetime of CdSe/ZnS QDs and their complexes with organic molecules (PAN) in polymer matrix is discussed. The process of photo-induced dissociation of assemblies and self-fluorescence of QDs can occur in these films. Fluorescence intensity and lifetime dependence on laser power and laser energy are investigated. Possible application of QD/PAN assemblies as fluorescence nano-sensor is considered.

MODELING AND IMPROVING THE DYNAMIC CHARACTERISTICS OF SPINDLE UNITS BASED ON HYDROSTATIC BEARINGS Michael Bundur, Prokopenko Vyacheslav A, Chernov Ivan A.
The subject of investigation is dynamic performance of radial hydrostatic bearings (HSB) of main spindle of modern high-production metal-cutting equipment. The possibilities for vibrostability improvement are considered by the radial skew of spindle axis in HSB. The developed method description of the optimal parameters of correcting RC-circuits definition is given. The transients and response functions are computed and analyzed for different operating modes of HSB.
DECISION-MAKING INFORMATION SUPPORT SOFTWARE FOR TYPICAL FLIGHT PATH ASSESSMENT Vladimir N. Efanov, Lyubov Neugodnikova
The imitating model of a flying apparatus spatial movement is suggested, destined for time-fuel valuation of typical flight paths in autopilot’s memory. The “Compara” software was developed; it allows us to calculate all base flight paths parameters, needed for making a decision about the most rational air route, taking into account particular flying apparatus aerodynamic configurations.
THE INFLUENCE OF YLP - LASER RADIATION ON THE CURRENT-VOLTAGE CHARACTERISTICS OF THE SILICON-SILICON DIOXIDE SYSTEM Roman Khalestkiy, Pham Quang Tung
The paper presents the results of the experiment concerning irradiation of thermally oxidized silicon wafer by pulsed fiber YLP-laser with 1.06 microns wavelength and different power density. It is shown that defects appear in the SiO2 film under laser irradiation responsible for the increase of a negative charge in the dielectric and the conductivity of SiO2 for certain values of the shutter bias voltage.
MULTIUNIT DETECTORS ON THE BASIS OF LEAD SELENIDE FOR THE SPECTRUM AREA OF 2 - 5 MICRONS Nataliya Tropina
Research results of photo-electric characteristics of the multiunit photovoltaic detectors received and developed in scientific research institute "Giricond" on the basis of polycrystalline PbSe films and firm solutions on its basis are presented for the first time in the article. Workability of such detectors with narrow-band wedge interferention filters as a photosensitive element in new generation spectral-analytical equipment is considered. Calculation of the multiunit detector sensitive element optimum size for restoration without distortions of analyzed radiation spectrum is given.

DISPERSIVE ALUMINIUM FILLING MATERIAL INFLUENCE ON THE POLYPROPYLENE STRUCTURE AND PROPERTIES Elena Fomicheva, Dmitry Temnov, Smirnov Alexander Vitalievich, Boris Fedorov
Electret properties of composite polymer materials on the basis of polypropylene were investigated. Investigations were done by methods of thermostimulated and isothermal relaxation of potential and X-ray diffraction analysis. It is shown that aluminium powder adding in pure polymer improves electret stability of original polymer. By a low-angled X-ray dispersion method it was shown that aluminium surface possesses clearly defined fractal properties. Fractal dimensions values indicate that aluminium surface fractions are rough.

MODEL CHECKING AUTOMATA-BASED PROGRAMS USING REDUCED TRANSITION GRAPH CONSTRUCTION Sergey Velder, Shalyto Anatoly Abramovich
This article is concentrated on techniques of converting automata-based program models to Kripke models designed for checking properties related to system behavior. The definition of these properties is considered by means of temporal logic formulas. We propose an efficient technique of such converting and property stating that allows construction of small Kripke models and sufficiently fast checking of such models.

The paper discusses a problem of creation an artificial intelligence simulating human brainwork. A method of quantitative assessment both natural and artificial intelligence is suggested and required amount of knowledge base is evaluated. An idea of using the Semantic Web as a knowledge base for global artificial intelligence is proposed and implementation problems of the intelligent agent are discussed.
A MULTI-AGENT TECHNOLOGY FOR VIRTUAL BUSINESS PLATFORMS FORMATION IN THE SHARED INFO-COMMUNICATION ENVIRONMENT OF INNOVATIONS DEVELOPMENT
The multi-agent technology for information support of regional innovation business has been developed. The method for problem-oriented innovation structures formation based on generalization of innovation subject’s business supplies is proposed. The method is based on software agents clustering in the semantic space, which is represented as knowledge domain conceptual model, and provides virtual business platforms formation in the shared info-communication space of business subjects’ interactions. A multi-agent information technology for virtual business platforms formation in the virtual environment of innovations development has been designed.

BUSINESS ORGANIZATION SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT IMPLEMENTATION ON THE BASIS OF CONTROLLING AND SELF-ORGANIZATION MECHANISMS INTERRELATION Victor Podlesnykh, Nikolai Kuznetsov
Modern approach to the organization and management is represented in the article, which is quite different from traditional ideas about organization and managerial processes. Wide range of questions about organization and management, modern theory and practice has been described; concept of functioning category and business organizations development, controlling and self-organization mechanisms has been given; influence of creative labor component on enterprise organization and working efficiency has been shown. Role of institutional factor and liability approach to any event, process from the side of its organization has been established. Controlling and self-organization mechanisms content, effectiveness of there joint effect on adaptation and business organization development have been established. Directions of achieving a correct balance between management and self-organization, and its influence on efficiency have been considered.

Effectiveness increase of an enterprise depends on such essential factors as activization of its own potential, radical change of the strategy and establishment of the new effective management system, in other words, its reformation. Among the basic reformation forms they mark the following: reorganization, restructuring and reengineering. Analysis of scientific and journalistic economic literature shows the frequent unsteady use of the above mentioned terms. Many experts do not differ some basic economic terms and often use them as synonyms, which is obviously unacceptable. The authors, having generalized the variety of theories and conceptions and classified practical skills, try to form an adequate classification, to differ basic terms and define them.
