Abstract

Silver nanoclusters influence on formation of PbSe QDs in fluorine phosphate glasses Nа2О-Р2О5-Gа2О3-А1F3-ZnО(Se)-PbF2 has been studied. Absorption spectra of the glasses containing silver nanoclusters and PbSe QDs (at diameter from 3,5 nm up to 13 nm) demonstrated a shift of the first ecxitonic peak position to the longer wavelengths than Ag-free glasses under given heat-treatment conditions. Moreover the absorption coefficients of the glasses containing silver nanoclusters and PbSe QDs are higher than ones for Ag-free glasses.
