Abstract

 

Performance increasing approaches of the modeling program for individual-based model of tuberculosis spread
are considered in the paper. The computational algorithms optimization process and also the usage of distributed
computing based on MONC system and parallel computations based on OpenMP technology are described. The
results of computational experiments are listed.
