Recommendations for the Design of References to Our Journal
Dear authors,
For correct display of your publications in national and international databases urge the following guidelines.
I. PRESENTATION OF MATERIALS TO FOREIGN
(OR DOMESTIC ENGLISH) EDITIONS
For references to publications in the journal «Scientific and Technical Journal of Information Technologies, Mechanics and Optics», please use the official English-language title:
«Scientific and Technical Journal of Information Technologies, Mechanics and Optics».
We ask you to present references to our journal according to the following template:
Seeger T., Schlüter S., Lukyanov G. Potentials of Raman based sensor system for an online analysis of human inhale and exhale. Scientific and Technical Journal of Information Technologies, Mechanics and Optics, 2015, vol. 16, no. 6, pp. 976–983. doi:10.17586/2226-1494-2015-15-6-976-983
Transliteration of the names and translation of the titles of papers should be compared with the information provided on the official website of the journal (in English) http://ntv.ifmo.ru/en/english.htm
II. PRESENTATION OF MATERIALS TO DOMESTIC (RUSSIAN) EDITIONS
For references to issues published in our journal from January, 2012 (number 77) see example given below:
Seeger T., Schlüter S., Lukyanov G. Potentials of Raman based sensor system for an online analysis of human inhale and exhale // Scientific and Technical Journal of Information Technologies, Mechanics and Optics. 2015. Vol. 15. No. 6, p. 976–983. doi:10.17586/2226-1494-2015-15-6-976-983
Digital object identifiers (doi) are given to all papers published in the journal from number 1, 2015.
doi is given at the end of the reference according to the example:
doi: 10.17586/2226-1494-2015-15-6-976-983
doi for each paper could be found in proprietary information at the beginning of the paper and on the official journal web-site in the section devoted to a particular paper.
Paper retrieval on the base of doi is being done on a web-site CrossRef (http://www.crossref.org/).
