Abstract

The author analyzed special theoretical and conceptual features of international enterprises under globalization conditions and specified them for service industries in this article. Characteristic features of the modern international enterprise were selected, the terms «divergence – convergence» concerning the service sphere were analyzed, the methodological base of the strategic planning at the international enterprise was formed.
