Abstract

This article is about the main properties of adaptive educational system for corporative personnel training. A model of a specialist and that of a student on the basis of the competent approach are offered in the article. The strategy and the algorithm of corporative and individual educational programs forming for personnel training in the sphere of administration documentation are described.
