Abstract

For the purpose of information support efficiency enhancement of regional information and communication systems (RICS) development forecasting a comprehensive analysis method of RICS development dynamics in view of socio-economic environment characteristics has been proposed. Information technologies and software toolkits for RICS system-dynamic models automated engineering have been developed.
