Abstract

The paper considers global safety management information and analytical support problems of the regional scale socio-economic systems development and their solution directions based on cognitive information technologies and simulation toolkits. An agent-based integrated information environment conceptual model for global safety management support of the regional development has been designed. The architecture and formation technologies of problem-oriented distributed information systems used for regional safety management support on the basis of peer-to-peer telecommunications networks and multi-agent approach, which provide the possibility for heterogeneous information resources and systems integration within the framework of unified information environment of the region, have been proposed.
