Abstract

The main stages of computer thermal analysis on the basis of supercomputer technologies are considered.

Theoretical and methodical approaches to preparation and carrying out the thermal analysis of radio-electronic

devices are stated. The example of the thermal analysis of the TV “Horizont” using the multiprocessor version of

package LS-DYNA on the basis of supercomputer “SKIF k - 1000” is considered.
