Abstract
The authors represent the system of strategic decisions of the innovative-active enterprise. The main types of the
corporate strategy directed on innovative development of the enterprise are defined in this article. Readers can
get information about the distinctive features of strategy for the creation of the competitive advantages that allow
defining of the approaches for substantiation of enterprise innovative potential structure. The authors tried to
represent the meaning of the innovative sphere strategies which are defined on the scale of innovative activity.
The offered methodological approach will allow developing of the potential purposefully according to individual
specificity of enterprise activity.
