Abstract

 

New design concept of automated control system for assembly manufacturing process based on adaptive and selective assembly is considered. This concept provides new design and structure methods for automated control systems in agreement with peculiarities of such manufacturing processes, namely, highly accurate mathematical models of the product, inaccurate specification of automated assembly line performance, safe and effective performance of different line devices even when fault conditions or exceptions occur and etc.
