A new approach for multilayer optical coatings design by evolutionary strategies on the basis of genetic algorithms is reported. The coding mode of alternative decisions is offered, and genetic operators for realization of the simple genetic algorithm are developed as well. The possibilities of the offered synthesis method are shown on the example of 3-, 5- and 7-layer achromatic antireflection coatings design. Rates of procedure convergence depending on entrance functional parameters are investigated.

An optical-electronic system with a tetrahedral reflector is considered. Two dihedral angles in this reflector have a slight deviation from 90°. The system is based on the symmetric beam path scheme towards the axis of twisting with an additional reflection. Such scheme allows making measurements of the twist angle invariant to rotation on collimation angles.

The inverse spectroscopy problem is considered - discrete spectra restoration with the help of measured spectrum and the spectrometer instrument function by solving the system of linear-nonlinear equations by the integral approximation algorithm. A numerical example is given showing that an effective solution of this problem enables to enhance the spectrometer resolving power.

The main problems of copper chloride nanocrystalls growing in glass are observed and ways of their solution are considered. Optimal technological modes and glass compositions were found for efficient copper chloride synthesis in potassium-alumina-borate glass. Obtained glass is not photochromic and is high transparent in the visible spectrum area.

The article presents the results of fiber Bragg gratings writing in birefringent optical fibers with enhanced photorefractive feature by a single 20 ns pulse of KrF excimer laser (248 nm wavelength). Fiber Bragg gratings in birefringent optical fiber with elliptical stress cladding with reflection more than 10% and spectral width at half maximum ~ 0.1 nm were obtained. Beat length and the effective refractive index for each of the selected axes of a birefringent fiber were calculated based on experimentally obtained data.

The problem of determining the electromagnetic fields generated in the lower ionosphere (50 - 500 km) by ground-level low-frequency antennas is considered. The solution is createdby the methodof normalwavesinmodelsof a sphericalEarth-ionosphere waveguide, radial inhomogeneous anisotropicionosphere, an arbitraryorientation ofthe geomagnetic field andthe electricandmagnetic dipoles. Fieldsdefinition in theionosphereathigher altitudesin thesolution instability reduces tointegration ofdifferential equationsforthe tangentialfield components ofthe penetratingon-site wave. Acombinationof differential equations forthe wave admittanceandfor the tangentialcomponentof waves is integrated atloweraltitudes. Initialconditions are given inthe WKB (Wentzel-Kramers-Brillouin)approximation.Relations betweenthe components ofthe fieldsexcitedin theionosphere bythe variousground-levelemitters are obtained using thegeneralizedreciprocity theorem.

Hidden Markov models and algebraic Bayesian networks are probabilistic graphical models and therefore they are quite similar. Hidden Markov models have wide application while algebraic Bayesian networks are not so widespread, but their instruments allow simulating and solving hidden Markov models problems. We considered the improvement performance of the solution algorithm for hidden Markov models first problem by means of algebraic Bayesian networks methods. An algorithm for estimating probability of observed sequence in binary linear hidden Markov models by means of algebraic Bayesian network posterior inference is formulated in the article.

Sequencing and assembling of large genomes is one of the actual problems in current bioinformatics. The input data for genome assembling is a set of so-called readings made by sequencing machines. These readings may contain errors coming from sequencing technology based on chemical reactions. That's why often one of the genome assembling steps is errors correction in the set of readings. Most of error correction methods build de Bruijn graph. We describe a method that doesn’t use de Bruijn graph and enables to decrease significantly memory usage. It was implemented and tested at genome assembling in the «de novo Genome Assembly Project».

Kirov region society was shared on six stratums on the base of its social difference. The interaction of these stratums gives a full description of the region economy. Mathematical model taking into account socio-economic society preferences is created. For model identification it is convenient to use parallel computing. First results and each stratum's reaction was received, the common trend was defined.

The system reasons of economy crisis and its nature are analyzed. Inadequacy of the dominating organizational-administrative doctrine to the maintenance of system crisis and the concept of a sustainable development of the Russian economy is shown. Necessity of new approaches, methods, mechanisms and models for working out an adequate modernization politics is proved. Synthesis of organization and management theory statements, the economic theory, the theory of technological innovations and synergy is considered as a theoretical base of the new organizational-administrative concept of a sustainable development of enterprising structures. Contents, motive forces and theory model of synergy development of the enterprising structures, focused on synergy technologies and synergy effects formation is considered.
