48
The problem of determining the electromagnetic fields generated in the lower ionosphere (50 - 500 km) by ground-level low-frequency antennas is considered. The solution is createdby the methodof normalwavesinmodelsof a sphericalEarth-ionosphere waveguide, radial inhomogeneous anisotropicionosphere, an arbitraryorientation ofthe geomagnetic field andthe electricandmagnetic dipoles. Fieldsdefinition in theionosphereathigher altitudesin thesolution instability reduces tointegration ofdifferential equationsforthe tangentialfield components ofthe penetratingon-site wave. Acombinationof differential equations forthe wave admittanceandfor the tangentialcomponentof waves is integrated atloweraltitudes. Initialconditions are given inthe WKB (Wentzel-Kramers-Brillouin)approximation.Relations betweenthe components ofthe fieldsexcitedin theionosphere bythe variousground-levelemitters are obtained using thegeneralizedreciprocity theorem.

Hidden Markov models and algebraic Bayesian networks are probabilistic graphical models and therefore they are quite similar. Hidden Markov models have wide application while algebraic Bayesian networks are not so widespread, but their instruments allow simulating and solving hidden Markov models problems. We considered the improvement performance of the solution algorithm for hidden Markov models first problem by means of algebraic Bayesian networks methods. An algorithm for estimating probability of observed sequence in binary linear hidden Markov models by means of algebraic Bayesian network posterior inference is formulated in the article.

ERRORS CORRECTION METHOD IN THE READINGS SET OF NUCLEOTIDE SEQUENCE
Alexandrov Anton V., Sergey Kazakov, Sergey Melnikov, Sergushichev Alexey A. , Fedor Tsarev, Shalyto Anatoly A.
81
Sequencing and assembling of large genomes is one of the actual problems in current bioinformatics. The input data for genome assembling is a set of so-called readings made by sequencing machines. These readings may contain errors coming from sequencing technology based on chemical reactions. That's why often one of the genome assembling steps is errors correction in the set of readings. Most of error correction methods build de Bruijn graph. We describe a method that doesn’t use de Bruijn graph and enables to decrease significantly memory usage. It was implemented and tested at genome assembling in the «de novo Genome Assembly Project».
