Abstract

 

The article deals with an algorithm, combining procedures of interframe and intraframe signal processing in automated observation systems of moving objects in complicated background.
The analysis of interconnected factors is given predetermining detection features. Dependencies are given on the basis of which control operational organization of decision rule is possible in the system with the ability of optimization and self-adaptation for algorithm parameters under varying conditions of observation in detection and the following observation regimes.
