OPTICAL AND OPTICAL ELECTRONIC SYSTEMS. OPTICAL TECHNOLOGIES
THEORETICAL RESEARCH OF CONCAVE TRANSMISSION HOLOGRAM DIFFRACTION GRATING PROPERTIES Eduard R. Muslimov
Theoretical research of novel element properties - transmission concave hologram diffraction grating (TCHDG) is carried out. Possibility of spectrograph construction with flat field on the basis of such grating is shown; expressions for scheme parameters and recording parameters determination are produced. Modeling of a number of such spectrograph schemes is implemented and guidelines for structural parameters choice are worked out on the basis of modeling results.
DIFFRACTION CONTROL SCHEME OF OBJECT DISPLACEMENTS WITH THE VARIABLE SCALE OF FOURIER SPECTRUM Nazarov Viktor N., Sokolov Yuri A.
The diffraction control scheme of linear and angular displacements of objects with the variable scale of their Fourier spectrum is investigated. Mathematical model describing amplitude-phase light distribution at the receiving plane is obtained. The experimental results are in agreement with theoretical arguments.

DIFFRACTION OF ONE-PERIOD TERAHERTZ ELECTROMAGNETIC WAVES WITH GAUSSIAN TRANSVERSAL DISTRIBUTION Ezerskaya Anna A, Dmitry V. Ivanov, Bespalov Viktor G, Kozlov Sergei A
We obtained new analytic forms for transversal spatial distribution of time spectrum of terahertz waves consisting of only one full cycle of electromagnetic field on the emitter in Fresnel and Fraunhofer diffraction zones and for time-spatial distribution of their field in the Fraunhofer diffraction zone. It is shown that terahertz wave with Gaussian transversal distribution undergoes changes not only in spatial but in time emission structure in the far-field: the wave turns from one-period to one-and-a-half-period near the axe and its spectrum shifts to higher frequencies. The estimates of diffraction zones distances are given.
ON THE CENTER OF GRAVITY MOVEMENT AND DISPERSIVE SPREADING OF THE INITIAL SINGLE-PERIOD OPTICAL PULSE IN THE TRANSPARENT DIELECTRIC MEDIA Yury Kapoyko, Kozlov Sergei A
Expressions for the center of gravity movement and dispersive spreading velocities for pulses, consisted of only one full light field oscillation at the wave guiding media input, are obtained. It is shown that for such extremely short regarding to a number of optical pulse oscillations these velocities are directly proportional to dispersive characteristics of a waveguide and inversely proportional to a square of an initial duration of the pulse.

Experimental setup and operation principles of pulse terahertz reflectometric spectrograph-intravisor are described. Time forms of reflected THz signal from sandwich medium - CD, diskette and tooth tissue - are received by means of presented setup. Detailed studying possibility of dielectric sandwich medium structure is shown by means of the given method.

CONDITIONAL CONTROLLED PHASE SHIFT OPERATION FOR QUANTUM STATES OF ELECTROMAGNETIC FIELD Miroshnichenko G.P. , Alexander Trifanov
A model of three qubit quantum logical gate of conditional double controlled phase shift is suggested. Quantum unit of information – qubit – is encoded by polarization state of quantum mode of optical cavity. A conditional operator which acts on a field states is obtained. It is shown that this operator works as required phase transformation under the certain conditions with high possibility.

Simulation model construction of an assembly line is considered. The importance of functional model working out and its further usage for simulation model creation is shown. The basic advantages of Delmia system are given. Further application of simulation model for computer experiments on operation imitation of a real assembly line is described.

REALIZATION OF THE RADIAL BASIC NEURAL NETWORK ON MASSIVE PARALLEL GPU Natalya Matveyeva
The parallel realization in CUDA technology of the training RBFNN algorithm, based on the sequential correction of centers, widths and weights and on the weights correction using an algorithm for minimizing a quadratic functional of the conjugate gradient method is proposed. Comparison results of the RBFNN training time on different CPU and GPU are given proving parallel realization efficiency.

This paper describes an approach that can be used as an alternative to automatic text abstracting. The approach is to build representations of the original text and ability to move through its contents with the help of these representations from a broader view to a more concrete representation and vice versa. Submissions are formed on the basis of automatic text processing methods: statistical methods and surface linguistic analysis. This paper gives a formalized approach and considers implementation based on a relational database.

A new type of code scales for digital angular transducers - pseudoregular code scales is suggested. Method for their construction based on the use of composition of nonlinear recurrent sequences and regular binary code scales is considered. An example of pseudoregular code scale construction is given.

The article explores the feasibility of hardware implementation of complex high-speed digital filtering algorithms for voice channel in cell communication systems. For test case we use adaptive noise reduction complex algorithm with embedded discrete fast Fourier transform and Wiener filtering functions.
MODIFICATION OF AUTOMATA PROGRAMS Pavel Fedotov, Oleg Stepanov
The method of automata-based programs modification is described in the paper that allows decreasing the number of changes which may lead to error appearance. The method is based on automata refactoring – sequence of small equivalent modifications keeping behavior. A number of automata refactorings is suggested which extends a list of standard refactorings on automata-based programming case.
PROBLEMS OF EFFICIENT USE OF NETWORK SERVICES Andrey M. Dergachev
We discuss the main problems, which appear on the different steps of using network services such as search, choice and integration. We examine quality parameters, which can be used to compare network services in order to make the right choice. Finally we present an abstract model that can visually demonstrate interaction of network services.
Lots of 3D scanning software packages existing for today give wide opportunities for processing data received in the surface registration course. Nevertheless, specificity of the 3D scanning area imposes certain requirements, and all of these programs have number of similar functions which define algorithm of initial work with results of scanning. The general algorithm which is the result of practical long-term author’s experience on collection of a "crude" material in a uniform electronic copy and the subsequent processing is offered in the present work.

Labware based on Lego Mindstorms NXT technology consisting of several electromechanical systems is described. The units are used both for research and for educational purposes, allowing investigating and comparing different adaptive control and identification algorithms. Some implementation results of theoretical adaptive control algorithms for different mobile robots based on Lego Mindstorms NXT construction set (tracktype, wheel and walking robots) and reaction-wheel pendulum-cart systems are presented.
The present article is concerned with certain aspects of complex extreme condition system simulator design. The author presents a new post-classic ergonomic methodology. The learning environment is considered as a special kind of self-organizing autopoetic system in which the user himself is acting as an active creator.

Winners’ number estimation of the final Olympic stage depending on the pass mark p is made in the article by means of mathematical statistics methods. Suggested approach can be used by methodical commissions and Olympiad jury while Olympic stages tasks development and the pass mark definition for the final phase. During mathematical approach for mass Olympiad participants’ results estimation the data about indexes of taskssolving possibility at selection stage, selection stage participants’ distribution according the types of the solved problems and taken scores are used.

Modern industrial enterprise in Russia can’t work efficiently without active and all-round application of information technologies in business and management. Information technologies adoption, as well as workability of the existing information-technological infrastructure, must be effective. For this reason business informatization control system should be formed. Nowadays there are no complex business informatization control systems taking into account specific character of this branch. This essay observes some conceptual aspects of such system and supposed directions of the further research.
The structure analysis of the public authorities responsible for policy creation in the sphere of trade is carried out. Perfection of monitoring system and estimation of trade sphere for the further definition of state policy of business development in the given sphere is offered.

The numerical method for parameters calculating of the integrated optical elements using a set of Hermitian Bsplines is shown. The method is used to determine the technological parameters of manufacturing Ti:LiNbO3 Xsplitters with a given dividing coefficient. A comparison with experimental data is given.

A method for improving the reliability of membrane contact systems of reeds by reducing the bounce and dynamic noise, as well as increasing the lifetime of the elastic sensing element is proposed. Design and technological solution of the membrane mercury-moisten reed with modifiable regular microrelief of the membrane working surface is suggested.
