Vladimir N. Vasiliev, Dmitriy Vorontsov, Alexander Dragunov, Livshits Irina Leonidovna, Sokolova Elena Alexeevna
1
Computer-aided design features for various types of diffraction gratings using ZEMAX software are investigated. It is shown that the model set choice of diffraction gratings in the most cases is determined by technology of their manufacture. Guidelines for five types of gratings are provided: an elliptical one of the first and second type, a hologram, a binary surface of the first type and optically generated hologram. Connection between the modeling way of diffraction gratings and their manufacturing technology is shown. Recommendations are given for selecting the optimal model for threaded and holographic diffraction gratings.

A non-contact method for spatial position measuring of the objects near the smooth water surface (sea roughness code 0 points) is proposed, based on machine vision technology application. The feature of this method is the possibility of simultaneous measurement of the object height and angular orientation. The algorithm of the measurement system operation is considered. Developed installation description is given intended for the proposed method study. The measurement accuracy of height in the range of 500-1000 mm was 2-3% during the experiment. Measurement error of the angular orientation did not exceed 10%. The error sources and ways of the measurement accuracy improvement are analyzed.
PHOTONICS AND OPTICAL INFORMATICS
24
The dependence of effective parameters in model Hamiltonian is investigated from the point of view of applied ordering scheme of oscillatory rotational interactions. Relations for transformation generators in different ordering schemes of oscillatory rotational interactions are formulated by “disentanglement” technique. The operator of resonance interaction is selected from general operator in effective rotational Hamiltonian on the
base of projection operator technique. At strong resonance interaction the dependence from ordering of oscillatory rotational interactions is shown to be weaker than for the cases of middle and weak resonances.

Vasily Vasyukov
81
This article describes the technique of transition from user interface definition of embedded system by aspectoriented approach to definition in the form of a finite-state machine. The applicability of the proposed method is shown on the example of some physical value indicating device. The method describes gradual transition from the initial description of the user interface in terms of the aspect-oriented approach to a directed graph, describing the possible state changes of the user interface, and from the directed graph to a deterministic finite automaton, the mathematical description of which makes it possible to use it as a framework of the future user interface prototype. Examined method of transition from the user interface description of embedded system in terms of the aspect-oriented approach to the user interface description of embedded system as a finite state automaton shows the feasibility of aspect-oriented approach for the development and prototyping of user interfaces of embedded systems.

Both methods provide a high accuracy rate of speaker’s age group detection by spontaneous speech recordings. The average rate of correct speaker’s age group identification was 61% and 65% respectively for the NIST SRE 2008 speech database.

Combining de Brujin graphs and overlap graphs makes this method much more space-efficient than the others.
