Silver nanoclusters influence on formation of PbSe QDs in fluorine phosphate glasses Nа2О-Р2О5-Gа2О3-А1F3-ZnО(Se)-PbF2 has been studied. Absorption spectra of the glasses containing silver nanoclusters and PbSe QDs (at diameter from 3,5 nm up to 13 nm) demonstrated a shift of the first ecxitonic peak position to the longer wavelengths than Ag-free glasses under given heat-treatment conditions. Moreover the absorption coefficients of the glasses containing silver nanoclusters and PbSe QDs are higher than ones for Ag-free glasses.

The possibility of iridescence plagioclases out of a visible range (in ultra-violet and near infrared areas) is proved as a result of modeling. The existence of interferential maxima in near infrared area is experimentally confirmed.

INVESTIGATION OF LUMINESCENCE KINETICS IN PbS QUANTUM DOTS Litvin Alexander Petrovich, Parfenov Peter Sergeevich, Ushakova Elena Vladimirovna, Baranov Alexander Vasilievich
32
The dimensional dependence of the spectral and kinetic parameters of the PbS quantum dots luminescence has been investigated in a wide spectral range (0.8 - 2 microns). Registered lifetimes lie in the range of 0.25 - 2.7 ms, and decrease with the nanocrystal sizes growth. We consider a three-level model with the energy level in the forbidden zone to explain such long luminescence lifetimes. It is shown that the anomalous size dependence of the luminescence lifetimes can be related to the existence of transitions with both decreasing and increasing of energy at room temperature.

DRUG INTOXICATION INFLUENCE ON SPEAKERS’ VOICE FEATURES Andrey Raev, Matveev Yuri Nikolaevich, Tatiana Goloshchapova
88
The paper deals with analysis of speech recordings before and after speakers’ drug-abuse treatment. It is shown that there are no statistically significant dependences in distortions of speaker’s voice features on different groups of drugs and on the drug intoxication degree. The fundamental frequency changes are not regular and do not have general nature. The main reason for the fundamental frequency change is the speaker’s emotional state change, rather than drug addiction treatment. Studying the duration effect of narcotic drugs use on the speakers’ voice showed that for speakers with prolonged use of the heroin group drugs a tendency to decrease the fundamental frequency by about 3% per year was found.

A model housing of emotional speech was formed, consisting of twolevel database (sentences and phonemes), served as the basis for the initial evaluation of developed algorithms performance. Stable signs of nonlinear dynamics were formed - the attractor reconstruction and the recurrence plot. New quantitative signs were proposed for speech patterns classification of the person experiencing the joy emotion, based on estimates of the maximum vectors of the attractor reconstruction for the four quadrants.

Interaction mechanisms in the system «particle–needle–substrate» were analyzed. Results of calculation and modeling are in agreement with experimentally observed effects. The observed effect can serve as a basis of a new method for precise movement of nanoparticles.
123
An impact of the exciting radiation frequency on the fluorescence spectra parameters of adsorbed molecules has been investigated. Observed effects are interpreted in the belief that electronic spectra of the dye molecules within nanoporous glass undergo an inhomogeneous broadening. In some cases, the found dependences demonstrate a non-monotonic character, that’s why inhomogeneous broadening not always might be described with simple Gaussian function. It has been proved that in present case the inhomogeneous broadening appears due to potential variations of intermolecular interactions between adsorbate and adsorbent. The mentioned variations take place due to variable local curvature of the pore surface and coexistence of certain stable molecule orientations on the surface.
