Existing problems in the field of diamond raw materials sorting are discussed in accordance with the classification attributes that determine the market value of diamonds. An approach to the process of quality assessment and certification of diamond crystals is proposed using elements of the color measurement theory and models for complex objects description, as well as the laws of crystal formation and growth.

The peculiarities of light waves reflection from metal mirror with nonlinear dielectric layer were theoretically investigated. It was shown that at few cycle pulse reflection from the metal mirror with transparent dielectric layer, triple frequencies radiation is generated in dielectric layer due to interaction of pulses in the layer and that ratio of generated radiation energy to the energy of input pulse is increasing withthe decrease of oscillation number in the incident pulse.

The infrared radiation pump system for photoconductive antenna, a continuous wave terahertz radiation source, based on frequency mixing of two semiconductor lasers at 1.5 µm was created. This system enables to extend the working tuning range of THz spectrometer to 18 THz with increment of 0.125 GHz. In addition, the original software, making it possible to use the pump system of antenna as a high-precision infrared spectrometer in the wavelength range of 1450 - 1590 nm, was developed.
CLOAKING COVER BASED ON THE SPIRAL RESONATORS Anna Vozianova, Khodzitskiy Mikhail K
The cloaking cover based on spiral structures for object hiding in the super high-frequency range is studied. This cover can hide an object for two polarizations (TE and TM) of the electromagnetic field. The experimental and numerical simulation results for cloaking cover with horizontal spirals relative to the cover plane are shown.

Radiation characteristics of q-switch and stationary generation of end-pumped Er:YLF-laser taking into account inhomogeneous gain constant are investigated. The model of laser radiation and active media interaction at both generation cases is developed. Main spatial and energy dependences on laser resonator parameters and doping concentration in active element are presented for monopulse lasing. The stationary fundamental mode intensity dependences on pumping parameters and small signal gain constant are presented.
STUDY OF CARBON NANOSTRUCTURES FORMED WITH MILLISECOND PULSES OF GLASS: YB, ER LASER Belikov Andrey V., Alexei Skripnik, Zulina Natalia A
Possibility of amorphous carbon deposition on solid substrate surfaces with separated nanoparticles with sizes about 20 nm formed under Glass: Yb, Er laser pulses impact on graphite containing composite is shown experimentally for the first time. Nanomaterial investigation results by optical and scanning electron (SEM) microscopy are demonstrated. Its affection on micro hardness of substrates based on steel, dentin and tooth enamel is studied as well.

ABLATION OF HARD TISSUESOF HUMAN TOOTH BY YLF: ER LASER RADIATION WITH DIODE PUMPING Belikov Andrey V., Mikhail Inochkin, Alexei Skripnik, Khloponin Leonid V, Khramov Valery Yu., Ksenia Shatilova
Prototype of YLF: Er diode-pumped micro laser was developed. Influence features of the developed micro laser prototype radiation with a wavelength of 2. 84 μm on hard tissues of human tooth were examined. Effects of turning white, carbonization and ablation of dental hard tissues as a result of laser exposure were found. Thresholds of these effects were identified. It was established that the micro hardness of human dentin can be increased by more than 20% as a result of repeated exposure of laser pulses with energy lower than the turningwhite threshold.

Mathematical model is proposed for the signals imitator at the receiving elements output of the flexible extensive trailing antenna, taking into account the characteristics of the radiation, propagation and reception of signals and noise in real sea conditions. Requirements for the simulator are presented. General scheme and design principle are proposed. Imitator operability is illustrated on the example of the simulated data.

Decomposition method for n-dimensional digital signals obtained on the base of wavelet transform is considered, and n-dimensional digital signals are considered as a superposition of the chosen wavelets. The practical application of the method is possible for conversion and processing of static and dynamic images, steganography, the spectral analysis of multi-dimensional discrete field structures, and solution of mathematical physics problems.

The paper presents the basic definitions, concepts and features of reconfigurable computing systems. Classification criteria for these systems are defined and division of the best-known of them based on those criteria is done. Existing approaches to effectiveness evaluation of the reconfigurable computing systems are presented. Design tools status for such systems is considered.

TRANSFORMATION OF DYNAMIC POLYNOMIAL SYSTEMS BY CHEBYSHEV APPROXIMATION Melnikov Vitaly G
This paper presents a new method of nonlinear model simplification for mechanical control systems presented by an autonomous differential equations system of a polynomial structure connected with Poincare-Dulac normalization method. Change in the method is made consisting in approximation of high degrees remainder terms by less degree polynomials with their saving in the equations and significant rise of changed system accuracy. The problem of transformation of phase variables for simplification of a mathematical model is considered. Chebyshev economization method is used to approximate remainder terms.
The algorithm for mathematical and software realization of research method of the nonlinear dynamic systems with three degrees of freedom is suggested. The nonlinear mathematical model of the dynamic system that contains polynomials to the fourth degree from phase variables with permanent and periodic parameters is examined. As a result of method application a nonlinear mathematical model of the system motion is brought to the autonomous kind, and the substantial parameters of the dynamic system motion are determined. An algorithm of the modified method of polynomial transformations and algorithmic formulas of method software realization is given, and analysis of the device dynamic system with three degrees of freedom is conducted.

The method of support location optimization in a micromechanical gyro isdesigned. Optimization criteria of support location and modified settings for support system are proposed. Calculations of variable elastic bracket models are done by finite-element analysis method. The results have proved application possibility of the developed method for optimization of quantity and support location in micromechanical gyros.

TRIBOLOGICAL PERFORMANCE OF POLYMER NANOCOMPOSITES MODIFIED BY FULLEROID MATERIALS Dmitry Pikhurov, Zuev Vyacheslav Viktorovich
The effect of fulleroid modificators and carbon fibers on tribological properties of polymer nanocomposites based on thermoplastic polymeric matrixes (polyamide 6) was investigated. It was shown that fulleroid modificators insertion makes it possible to decrease the friction factor of polymer composites and improve mechanical and tribological properties of composites. The using of carbon fibers for polyamide 6 modification at mechanical properties growth leads to the friction factor growth on steel more than twice as compared with the initial polymer matrix.
QUALITY EVALUATION OF JUICES BY THEIR SOLID COMPONENTS STRUCTURE ANALYSIS WITH OPTICAL METHOD Tomilin Maxim G, Ivan Fadeev
Optical method application, based on the nematic liquid crystals (NLC) usage for structure visualization of solid components of juices is described. These structures visualization is done at variation of the boundary layer orientation of nematic liquid crystal. Not researched sediment structures themselves are observed but liquid crystal layer deformation called forth by them. Obtained images of these structures are unequivocally connected with product properties Fruit and vegetable juices stored under different conditions were used for investigation. Comparison of their structures was made and it showed the suitability of the method for product quality control.
